At MediGo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Used medical or wellness products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
